This has not been the spring that any of us expected and the enforced break from hockey currently has no set end date. This has meant the season being cut short and summer league being cancelled but we hope to be able to return to some kind of training soon as outdoor sports begin to return.

Due to the uncertainty surrounding when we will be able to meet in person, indoors and in a large enough group, this year the club's AGM will be held virtually using the Zoom platform.

Committee have reviewed the club's constitution and recent guidance from England Hockey to ensure that this method can meet all the requirements to provide a valid meeting. A valid AGM must be attended by 25% of club members. To that end, all members wishing to "attend" are requested to please register in advance of the meeting using the following link:

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting on 15th June.

The AGM is your opportunity to have your say on the future of the club. There is much to discuss given issues around returning to play, changes to the leagues etc. All committee positions, including chairperson, are open for election this year. A summary of the roles and what they entail can be found in the documents section of the website or on the Facebook group.

Any members wishing to attend who are unsure about how to use Zoom are encouraged to contact members of the committee for assistance.
