Dartford Hockey Club Charity Tournament 2010

For the second year running Dartford arranged a charity tournament to raise money for the Ellenor Lions Hospice charity. The kitchen was open all day for bacon butties and burgers and bric-a-brac, raffle and bottle stall also added to the overall amount raised. As the day took it toll, the massage stand was increasingly well supported. 6 teams played from Gravesend, Tunbridge Wells, Burnt Ash and Dartford, with Gravesend winning the tournament.

Everyone at Dartford would like to thank the generosity of all the players, umpires, helpers and supporters. A total of £500 was raised and presented to the charity in January.
